We're working with a prestigious law firm in the City of London, looking to welcome a confident and proactive front-of-house and administrative professional into their team. What you'll be handling day-to-day:
Helping manage the switchboard and transferring calls/taking messages where necessaryGiving clients and visitors a warm, polished welcome every timeCoordinating meeting room bookings and ensuring a professional setupKeeping front-of-house areas pristine and presentableArranging catering for key meetings and eventsStocking up on stationery and kitchen suppliesUpdating and maintaining filesGeneral administration - typing, scanning, copying, assisting the lawyers with ad hoc requests
Who we're looking for:
2 to 5 years of experience in a front-of-house facing role in a law firm or professional services environmentA people person who's as positive as they are professionalOrganised, dependable, and calm under pressureStrong communicator, both in person and on the phoneSomeone who takes initiative, loves being busy, and gets things done
