Receptionist / Administrator / Luxury Cosmetics Clinic

Daytime Healthcare are assisting an established Cosmetics Clinic in Bristol, who are seeking a full time receptionist to join their friendly team.

You will need to have some recently Receptionist or Patient Administrator experience within a Clinic, Hospital or other Healthcare related organisation. Also you must be able to start ASAP (in March / no notice period).

DUTIES

  1. Coordinate the day-to-day running of the clinic ensuring the smooth and efficient patient journey at all times.
  2. Assist with the handling of admin/patient issues.
  3. Ensure high productivity and efficiency of each clinic: maximising the use of booking systems to provide a smooth appointment booking service that works seamlessly for patients, clinicians and colleagues.
  4. Routinely monitor and assess clinic performance against targets (with support from practice manager).
  5. Continually measure, review and develop systems to ensure the patient experience is exemplary.
  6. Providing full secretarial and administrative support, including front of house cover to reception.
  7. Ensure excellent customer service is provided to all service users in a friendly and reassuring manner including providing procedural advice as appropriate.
  8. Maintain excellent patient records ensuring confidentiality, in line with GDPR legislation including adding relevant notes, histories, operation records, discharge summaries etc to ensure that a contemporaneous record of the patient pathway is recorded.
  9. Assist with the billing and credit control of all patient interactions.
  10. Assist with administrative stock ordering.
  11. Provide full reception duties including scheduling appointments, receiving site visitors and managing front of house services.
