A supportive family-run business in the East Midlands seeks a Receptionist / Administrator to manage reception and assist with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a proactive approach, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include processing invoices, answering calls, and providing general administrative support. This position offers on-site parking and a relaxed work environment, along with 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.
Location: LE4
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
Hours: 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday and 8am - 4pm on Friday
Start Date: Immediate start preferred
Parking: On-site parking available

To take ownership of the Reception and assist the Manager with day-to-day administrative duties including sales orders and processing invoices. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, a flexible attitude, and the ability to work independently within a small team.
