The client is a private healthcare provider with a specialised service offering, located just a short distance from Belfast city centre. The company has a long-standing presence in the local market and offers a modern, bright working environment.

The role of Administrator/Receptionist is an integral position within the business, supporting the group administration function. The successful candidate will handle data entry, customer service, document control, and compliance. This varied role involves liaising with multiple departments. No two days are the same, and full training will be provided. Experience in care administration would be advantageous. Responsibilities include event planning, office management, and providing commercial support to senior management.

The ideal candidate will be a strong administrator with empathy, excellent customer service skills, and professionalism. You should have strong IT skills and be able to organise your time and resources effectively.
