Receptionist/Administrator - Bournemouth - £25,000-Free Parking

What You'll Be Doing

As a Receptionist/Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office. Your responsibilities will include answering calls, managing inquiries, preparing documents, and providing administrative support to the team. You'll also assist with organising meetings, handling emails, and maintaining office supplies. Additionally, you will help with record-keeping and other general office tasks, ensuring that everything runs efficiently and effectively on a day-to-day basis.
