Due to continued success a head office of a mult-branch independent construction company has an exciting opportunity for a Reception Administrator to join them. You will provide administration support to both internal and external customers across their Midlands branch network:
The main purpose of the role is to provide administrative and scheduling support to both customers and colleagues ensuring that tasks are completed on time issues are resolved.
We would expect the successful Receptionist Administrator to be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Excel), be an excellent communicator and have a friendly confident manner, have a GCSE in English & Maths or equivalent. You will be supported 1 to 1 to become familiar with the company processes and procedures. This would be an ideal role for you if you have worked within sales administration, customer service administration or an administration support position.
