Receptionist & Administrator, up to £24,000pa d.o.e, 9am-5pm M-F, Pension, Training, Permanent, Immediate start


Due to continued success a head office of a mult-branch independent construction company has an exciting opportunity for a Reception Administrator to join them. You will provide administration support to both internal and external customers across their Midlands branch network:


The main purpose of the role is to provide administrative and scheduling support to both customers and colleagues ensuring that tasks are completed on time issues are resolved.



  • Covering reception, meeting and greeting all site visitors ensuring all signing in policies are completed

  • Dealing effectively with incoming enquiries via telephone and email

  • Liaising with customers, colleague, suppliers and sub contractors

  • Co-ordination of tasks ensuring that jobs are completed on time, preparing and distributing all site documentation, then collate all completed paperwork and electrically file for audit requirements

  • Monitor, distribute and order replenish uniform and PPE

  • Data entry onto the bespoke system, and provide administration support elsewhere in the business when required


We would expect the successful Receptionist Administrator to be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Excel), be an excellent communicator and have a friendly confident manner, have a GCSE in English & Maths or equivalent. You will be supported 1 to 1 to become familiar with the company processes and procedures. This would be an ideal role for you if you have worked within sales administration, customer service administration or an administration support position.
