The role involves managing patient appointments, handling telephone queries, and facilitating online support groups. We are looking for an enthusiastic member of staff to join the outpatients Admin team at The Outpatients Department, Alderney Hospital. The role includes:
You will need to be highly organized with excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to delivering a customer-focused service. This is a very busy department, and you will be required to effectively manage multiple and diverse work streams.
This is a part-time post of 15 hours per week working Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 12:00 to 17:00.
Employment in this post requires an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, which the Trust will cover the cost of. Applicants who subscribe to the DBS update service are able to present a valid DBS certificate instead of requiring a new check.
