An exciting opportunity exists at Riverside Health Centre for a pro-active receptionist/administrator. The successful candidate will be a vital part of a close-knit team supporting approximately 6,500 patients, handling inquiries, and using computer-based systems. It's essential to have good communication and IT skills, along with a friendly, patient-centered approach to care.
Riverside Health Centre in Manningtree has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and pro-active receptionist/administrator to join our team. The role is for 32.5 hours a week on site, working Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, between 8.00am and 6.30pm. This is a busy role that requires excellent communication skills, a good understanding of IT and ideally, experience of a busy reception/public environment.
Flexibility to cover extra shifts to support the team with sickness and holiday cover is also required.
Riverside Health Centre is a branch surgery of the COLTE partnership. We care for around 6,500 patients with care provided by three GP partners, one salaried GP, one nurse practitioner, 3 practice nurses and two HCAs. We are a close-knit team who work together and support each other to provide the best possible care to our mixed and varied population of patients.
The Colte Partnership itself was formed in 2017 consisting of 8 local practices across Colchester and Tendring joining together to care for approximately 80,000 patients.
We also work as a part of a collaborative Primary Care Network (PCN) which spans across Colchester and Tendring.
