A health organization in North Wales is seeking an experienced Receptionist to work in GP Practices in Holyhead. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proficiency in IT, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Welsh language skills are essential. Previous experience in a healthcare setting is beneficial but training will be provided.
Hwb Iechyd Cybi is looking for an experienced, organised and enthusiastic Receptionist to work in our GP Practices in Holyhead. Previous experience of working within a GP Practice would be beneficial and knowledge of the EMIS clinical system is desirable, however training can be given. The demands of a GP practice can change on a daily basis and therefore this role will be challenging.
The post holder will be booking appointments and dealing with patient queries therefore excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner is required. Proficient IT skills (including experience of Microsoft office) are also required as the post holder will also be undertaking a variety of administrative duties to assist in the smooth day to day running of the practices, including some data inputting. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a healthcare setting or a customer service environment but full training can be given to the right candidate. The ability to speak Welsh is essential for this post.
