Receptionist/Administrator positions - Living Well Business Unit, Locala Health and Wellbeing
We seek enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to support our Reception and Administration functions across various services in the Living Well Division.
The roles involve supporting a range of tasks within different services and managing reception duties. As Locala continues to grow, this is a great opportunity for career development. Flexibility and the ability to travel are required, as coverage across multiple bases in Kirklees will be necessary.
This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate. You should have excellent organizational skills and ensure that operational, administrative, and quality improvement processes are carried out efficiently and to a high standard.
Previous reception or administrative experience is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided. Good communication skills are necessary to liaise effectively with patients, clinicians, and managers. Strong time management skills are also important to handle a busy workload.
