A healthcare organization in London is seeking a medical receptionist to provide excellent patient service and manage appointment bookings. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, be computer literate, and willing to learn. Experience in a general practice setting is essential. This full-time position offers a salary of £13.50 per hour, with opportunities for development within a dynamic team.
We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and flexible individual to join our reception/administration team. As well as being the point of contact for patients when booking appointments, you will also be responsible for handling queries and liaising with our clinical team. There is a real opportunity for development and growth for the right candidate with the right attitude.
We are a busy NHS practice servicing 21,000 patients. We are looking for an exceptional medical receptionist to join our established team.
We need someone with a sharp mind, eager to learn, willing to listen and wanting to help our patients. Team work, and working independently required in this role. An excellent level of english required.
Successful candidates will have excellent customer service skills, will be computer literate and want to work as part of an existing phenomenal admin team.
We offer a wide range of Primary care services, with Doctors, Nurses, Pharmacists Health Care Assistants Social prescribers, Paramedics and Physician Assoc iates. Our receptionists are trained as care navigators to help the patients access appropriate care.
We have been shortlisted for Primary Care Team of the Year previously and this year have won a prestigious Health Service Journal award for our services.
