The Receptionist/Administrator role at Peel GPs requires enthusiastic, friendly, positive, and professional individuals who enjoy working as part of a team and strive to deliver a high standard of service to patients and the public in an efficient, effective, courteous, and confidential manner. The role also involves supporting clinicians (doctors and nurses) and managers to meet practice requirements.
The role is 27.5 hours per week on a rolling 2-week rota. Shifts are 7.50 am - 1.20 pm and 1.00 pm - 6.30 pm (Week One: 3 early shifts & 2 late shifts; Week Two: 2 early shifts & 3 late shifts).
Peel GPs is one of the larger GP practices in Bury with 10,150 patients, supported by 6 GPs, a nursing team, and highly skilled administrative staff led by an Office Manager and Business Practice Manager.

Two-week rolling rota to meet practice needs, primarily Monday to Friday, with shifts from 7.50 am to 6.30 pm, alternating between morning and afternoon shifts.
Note: Duties may be revised as practice needs change, and staff are expected to undertake training and cover colleagues' duties during absences.
