Catshill Middle, First School & Nursery is seeking a proactive Receptionist, Administrator to join the school. The role requires prioritising a changing workload, strong organisational skills and the ability to build good relationships across the Administration team.

The successful candidate will be a reliable, enthusiastic individual committed to safeguarding and providing a welcoming, efficient front desk experience for staff, students and visitors.

Job description

Catshill Middle, First School & Nursery is welcoming, positive and inclusive. The core purpose of the federation is to provide a nurturing community that challenges all to succeed. You will join a positive and extremely caring staff with a ‘can do’ attitude to change and development.We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, reliable and dedicated Receptionist, Administrator to join our school. The successful candidate will require the ability to prioritise and manage a frequently changing workload, possess good organisational skills, develop good working relationships with the Administration team and will be a responsible and reliable individual.

Both Catshill Middle School and Catshill First School have recently joined the Spire Church of England Learning Trust. This is an exciting time for both schools and all staff. Hours: 35hours per week, Term Time plus 1 week

Grade:Scale 2, Points 3-4 - (£25,614 - £26.016 p.a.) - Actual Salary £21,282 - £22,088 p.a.
