A leading engineering and technology company in Rochdale is seeking a Receptionist to manage administrative tasks such as handling calls and coordinating visits. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and experience in a busy reception role. Candidates must have the right to work in the UK. In this role, you\'ll be responsible for executing various duties according to established procedures, with autonomy in organizing your work. Your tasks will primarily focus on facility and administrative responsibilities, such as managing the main reception area, handling external and internal calls, and welcoming visitors and clients. You\'ll operate independently on standard tasks while adhering to organizational procedures and standards. You will be reporting hierarchically to the Facilities Manager and your key interactions will include everyone in the Aberdeen office and colleagues from Genesis & Technip Energies global offices.
Ideally, you should have previous experience working in a busy administrative or reception role.
