Receptionist Admin

Location: Glasgow City Centre

Salary: £23k

Contract: 9 - 12 month FTC

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 - 5

Oliver Smith Recruitment are working in partnership with our key client in Glasgow to hire an Administrator / Receptionist on a 9 month FTC.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to various teams
  • Coordinate and manage schedules, meetings, and communications
  • Assist with document preparation, data entry, and report generation
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
