We are seeking a Receptionist / Administrator to join their friendly and professional office. This is a key front-of-house role that requires someone confident, organised, and with a warm and professional manner.

Receptionist / Administrator Role:
As a Receptionist / Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a welcoming and efficient service. You will also support day-to-day administrative tasks to help ensure the smooth running of the office.

Receptionist / Administrator Key Responsibilities:

• Answering and directing incoming calls in a professional manner
• Welcoming visitors and handling meeting room bookings
• Managing incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
• Maintaining reception and communal areas
• Supporting general admin duties including data entry, filing, and email correspondence
• Assisting with diary management and internal communications
• Ordering stationery and supplies

Essential:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or office administration role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional telephone manner and appearance
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
