Role Details

  • Shifts: Work various shifts between 7am – 11pm, including weekends (3 days out of 7)

Receptionist - Responsibilities

  • Make it your mission to ensure every guest departs thrilled with their experience.
  • Be proactive and instinctive, constantly finding ways to delight our guests and provide them with the exceptional attention they truly deserve.
  • Cultivate expert knowledge of our hotel’s amenities and stay informed about our latest offerings to maximize sales.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with your team, treating each colleague like family and actively seeking opportunities to assist others.

Receptionist - About You

We are on the lookout for a passionate individual who thrives in hospitality and exceptional guest service. Previous experience in a hotel or reception setting is a significant advantage.
