Job description

The role:
AIRE is seeking a Receptionist to join our team at our London site, recognized as London’s Spa of the Year 2023 and 2024. You will be responsible for managing the reception area and coordinating all front desk activities during your shift, providing exceptional customer service with a friendly and courteous attitude.

Key responsibilities:

• Greeting and escorting guests to various rooms.
• Answering calls and emails.
• Handling questions and complaints.
• Servicing amenities during waiting times.
• Creating sales opportunities through promotion and upselling.

Who you are:

• Experience in hospitality.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and bank holidays.

Shift patterns:

• Rotating shifts planned at least two weeks in advance.
• Operating hours from 7:00 AM to 11:30 PM, with shifts up to 8.5 hours including breaks.
• Open Monday to Sunday, including bank holidays.
