The Vacancy
We are seeking a compassionate Receptionist to join our team at Dougie Mac. As the first point of contact across both our Adult and Children’s hospice sites, you’ll deliver an outstanding front-of-house experience, supporting visitors, patients, families, staff, and volunteers.
Your role will typically involve working 9:00 am – 5:00 pm shifts, including one weekend in every four. You will also work one day per week at our dedicated Children and Young Adult site. Flexibility is essential, as you will help cover annual leave and occasional absence, ensuring seamless reception services across the hospice.
