£15 per hour
Working Hours:
10:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Job Overview:
We are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist to provide one-day cover at Northern Gas Network’s Leeds office.
The ideal candidate will be confident in handling emails, as this will form the majority of the role, alongside general reception duties.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage the company’s email inbox, responding to enquiries or forwarding messages to the appropriate department.
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls as required.
  • Handle basic administrative tasks such as data entry and document filing.
  • Maintain a tidy and organised reception area.
Requirements:
  • Strong proficiency in email communication and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Prior receptionist or administrative experience preferred.
