In a Nutshell…
We have a new opportunity for a Receptionist to join our team within Vistry North West Midlands, at our Wolverhampton office.
As our Receptionist, you will be:
- Assisting in the smooth and efficient running of the reception desk
- Providing efficient and accurate administrative support to the Premises Manager, including digital communication
- Undertaking general office duties, managing the main reception desk, and administrative tasks such as arranging meeting rooms and catering
- Supporting the Charity Champion with marketing and administrative duties
- Undertaking Fire Marshal and First Aid duties as required

What we expect from you…

- 5 GCSEs or equivalent including Maths and English
- Experience in a similar role
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internal systems like Vistry Vibe, COINS, KEYS, and Microsoft Teams
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- High accuracy and organizational skills
- Proactive approach to developing skills
- Problem-solving and willingness to learn
- Excellent numeric and literacy skills
- Ability to deliver responsibilities efficiently with integrity and a positive attitude
- Ability to manage priorities, show initiative, and own time
- Potential for people management through mentoring or coaching

- Providing excellent reception and admin services
- Building good relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and professionals
- Handling routine admin tasks, managing communication tools, and PowerPoint presentations
- Supporting line manager with admin tasks
- Monitoring voicemail and email inboxes
- Maintaining regional information on intranet and electronic data
- Managing mail, visitors, deliveries, and first aid support
- Supporting marketing activities and internal communications
- Attending events, training, and ensuring compliance with company policies
