Role Overview

In a Nutshell…

We have a new opportunity for a Receptionist to join our team within Vistry North West Midlands, at our Wolverhampton office.

As our Receptionist, you will be:

  • Assisting in the smooth and efficient running of the reception desk
  • Providing efficient and accurate administrative support to the Premises Manager, including digital communication
  • Undertaking general office duties, managing the main reception desk, and administrative tasks such as arranging meeting rooms and catering
  • Supporting the Charity Champion with marketing and administrative duties
  • Undertaking Fire Marshal and First Aid duties as required

  • Maintaining regional information on intranet and electronic data
  • Managing mail, visitors, deliveries, and first aid support
  • Supporting marketing activities and internal communications
  • Attending events, training, and ensuring compliance with company policies
