As a Receptionist at RAF Brize Norton, Carterton. you'll be at the heart of our operation-ensuring smooth communication, creating a welcoming environment, and always putting the safety and satisfaction of our customers first. Our admin team plays a crucial role in running a seamless, efficient service for all our clients and visitors.

What you'll do:

  • Be the first impression: Greet all visitors and customers with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for a 5-star experience.
  • Direct and connect: Ensure guests are seamlessly connected to the right departments or team members while adhering to visitor management protocols.
  • Elevate the experience: Deliver outstanding service across all touchpoints, from hospitality to workplace support and meeting room setup.
  • Assist with inductions and onboarding processes, contributing to a smooth and professional welcome for new staff or contractors.
  • Maintain a positive and approachable presence, ensuring every interaction is courteous, efficient, and memorable.
