Dental Receptionist - Uckfield

• Monday and Wednesday 8am-5pm
• 16 hours a week
• Supportive, experienced team including on-site Practice Manager

Receptionist Role And Responsibilities

• Meeting and greeting patients, providing a positive first impression and smooth patient journey
• Booking and amending appointments, answering calls, updating patient records
• Coordinating care packages provided by clinicians
• Promoting and upselling Bupa Dental Care products and services, including Plan options, Finance, and Insurance claims
• Delivering excellent customer service face-to-face, via telephone, and email
• Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team in daily operations
• Handling payments
• Maintaining patient confidentiality when accessing sensitive information

Your Skills And Experience

• Positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment
• Previous administration or receptionist experience, preferably in healthcare
• Strong communication skills across all channels
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook, with good organizational skills
• Experience in promoting products and services
• Preferred: Dentally experience
