We have an opportunity for a Front of House Receptionist to work in a modern office building based at a business park close to the centre of Uxbridge.

You will take pride in managing the customers journey, ensuring an exemplary level of customer service is delivered at every touch point, with the ultimate aim of leaving a lasting impression.

You should be well presented with proven experience in a similar role.

Hours and Salary

8.00am – 5.00pm Thursday and Friday

£12,963 PA

Key Responsibilities

Reception
  • Set up, manage and take ownership of the reception area to ensure the ambiance reflects the clients’ and tenants’ expectations
  • Deliver a warm, friendly welcome to tenants and visitors, following appropriate sign in protocols
  • Ensure the reception area always looks pristine and welcoming
  • Efficiently manage deliveries - including couriers and post
  • General administration
  • Submit a weekly report on site activity
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to become a knowledgeable point of contact for all Park based initiatives

Building Management
  • Provide support to the Building Manager – confidently reporting building issues and help manage to resolution
  • Manage contractors visiting the building to undertake regular maintenance, issuing keys as required and updating the progress log

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Proven experience in a front of house reception role in an office environment
  • Personable and proactive with a confident manner and able to deliver impeccable customer service
  • Self-motivated with a ‘can do’ attitude and the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Competent PC user and confident using Microsoft Office and social media applications, and be willing to learn any in-house systems
