Receptionist – Part Time
£12,963 (£13.84 per hour)
Central Uxbridge
We have an opportunity for a part time front of house receptionist to deliver excellent reception services and manage a programme of pop ups and events initiatives. A team player, you will work alongside a job share reception team.
You should be confident, personable and immaculately presented with proven experience in a similar role.
Hours
Thursday and Friday 8.00am – 5.00pm
Lunch break/comfort breaks agreed as a reception team and taken to work around busy/peak times.
Salary
£12,963 per annum (£13.84 per hour)
Key Responsibilities
Reception responsibilities- Working alongside a job share team, you will take pride in meeting and greeting all visitors to the building to ensure a warm welcome
- Managing deliveries, including couriers and post
- General administration as required
- Produce a weekly report for key stakeholders
The Building- Managing contractors and ensure any building issues are reported and managed to resolution
- Supporting the building manager as required
- Pay particular attention to the health and safety of the building
Marketing responsibilities- Working collaboratively as a team, you will research, develop, manage and promote a structured events / pop ups program – aimed at delivering a community vibe and offering activities to increase enjoyment during the working day. This may include weekly exercise classes, larger seasonal events, freebies and offers
- Work closely with the onsite café, adjacent gym and local business community to maximise promotional opportunities for tenants
- Work as a team to develop a newsletter to promote activities and initiatives to tenants
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Personable with a confident manner, radiating positive energy and able to deliver impeccable customer service
- Enjoy working as part of a team and enjoy multi tasking
- Flexible and willing to adapt to changing demands
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Microsoft office competent and proven experience in managing social media content
- Experience in a similar role/commercial property environment; in a front facing customer service role
