Receptionist – Part Time


£12,963 (£13.84 per hour)


Central Uxbridge

We have an opportunity for a part time front of house receptionist to deliver excellent reception services and manage a programme of pop ups and events initiatives. A team player, you will work alongside a job share reception team.

You should be confident, personable and immaculately presented with proven experience in a similar role.

Hours


Thursday and Friday 8.00am – 5.00pm

Lunch break/comfort breaks agreed as a reception team and taken to work around busy/peak times.

Salary

£12,963 per annum (£13.84 per hour)

Key Responsibilities

Reception responsibilities
  • Working alongside a job share team, you will take pride in meeting and greeting all visitors to the building to ensure a warm welcome
  • Managing deliveries, including couriers and post
  • General administration as required
  • Produce a weekly report for key stakeholders
The Building
  • Managing contractors and ensure any building issues are reported and managed to resolution
  • Supporting the building manager as required
  • Pay particular attention to the health and safety of the building
Marketing responsibilities
  • Working collaboratively as a team, you will research, develop, manage and promote a structured events / pop ups program – aimed at delivering a community vibe and offering activities to increase enjoyment during the working day. This may include weekly exercise classes, larger seasonal events, freebies and offers
  • Work closely with the onsite café, adjacent gym and local business community to maximise promotional opportunities for tenants
  • Work as a team to develop a newsletter to promote activities and initiatives to tenants

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Personable with a confident manner, radiating positive energy and able to deliver impeccable customer service
  • Enjoy working as part of a team and enjoy multi tasking
  • Flexible and willing to adapt to changing demands
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Microsoft office competent and proven experience in managing social media content
  • Experience in a similar role/commercial property environment; in a front facing customer service role
