Rodericks Dental Partners in Amblecote is hiring a friendly Dental Receptionist to welcome patients, manage bookings, and support the front desk across 37 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, professional welcome to patients and visitors.

• 2-storey detached house, all 8 surgeries with windows and computerised using Dentally software
• PM (22 yrs), Clinician (20 yrs)
• 2 Hygienists (35+ yrs), TCO (8 yrs)
• 5 Qualified + 3 Trainee Nurses
• Parking (on-site)
• 1.2 miles to Merry Hill Shopping Centre

What You'll Be Doing:

• Provide a warm, professional welcome to patients and visitors
• Manage appointment bookings and maintain accurate patient records
• Process payments and handle administrative tasks with precision
• Coordinate with dentists, nurses, and practice managers to keep the practice running smoothly
• Promote and upsell dental services and products to support patient care
• Be a key part of creating a positive, friendly atmosphere in the practice

Skills and Experience We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is desirable
