Job summary

Amblecote Dental Centre in Amblecote (DY5 2PR) is recruiting a Receptionist for 37 hours per week, Monday to Saturday. You’ll be the friendly face and voice for patients, handle bookings, update records, and process payments in a busy multi-surgery practice.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role.
• Confident communicator with a professional, approachable manner.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a busy environment.
• Attention to detail and good IT skills for handling bookings and records.
• A team player who thrives on helping others.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, professional welcome to patients and visitors.
• Manage appointment bookings and maintain accurate patient records.
• Process payments and handle administrative tasks with precision.
• Coordinate with dentists, nurses, and practice managers to keep the practice running smoothly.
• Promote and upsell dental services and products to support patient care.
• Be a key part of creating a positive, friendly atmosphere in the practice.
