Job Summary:
The role involves undertaking a wide range of reception duties and providing general support to the multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include greeting and directing patients, managing appointment systems, booking appointments, processing information, and assisting patients as needed. The post also acts as a central point of contact for patients and liaises with clinical team members and external agencies.

Core duties include managing the appointment system, handling patient requests, data entry, and supporting clinical staff. Additional tasks may be assigned based on workload and staffing levels.
Additional duties may include participating in audits, scanning documents, and supporting pharmacy and administrative functions.
This role requires a DBS check in accordance with legal requirements.
