Aria Healthcare is looking for a friendly, caring, and welcoming person to join their team as a Bank Receptionist at Rectory House Nursing Home in Lancing, West Sussex. This is a permanent position covering annual leave and sickness of the existing team, with the potential for weekday and weekend shifts from 9am to 5pm.

Main duties of the job

As a Bank Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing a warm and efficient welcome to residents, visitors, and staff at the Rectory House Nursing Home. Your duties will include answering phone calls, managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, and providing administrative support to the nursing home staff. You will need to have excellent communication skills, a passion for supporting others, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
