Location: London
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Part time 24hrs across 3 days per week (Tue-Thurs)
Salary: £26,250- £30,000 full time depending on experience (Full Time Equivalent)
£16,800 - £19,200 (Based on 24 Hours Per Week)
Please note that any same band and job family internal moves will not present any pay increase.

The Role
We are currently recruiting for a part-time receptionist (Tues-Thurs) to enable the smooth running of the British Business Bank reception in the London office.
In this role, you will work alongside one other receptionist to ensure that the reception area and meeting rooms are effectively managed throughout the day and ensuring visitors to the British Business Bank receive a welcoming and personable service.
The job holder will also provide support to the Office Manager and the wider Facilities team.
The role will entail arranging refreshments and setting up meeting rooms. You will meet and greet all visitors and colleagues with a warm welcome and provide a seamless visitor experience offering refreshments and assistance where needed.
You will also monitor the daily meeting calendar and calendar inboxes throughout the day and ensure switchboard calls are answered in a timely manner and directed to the appropriate members of the business.
You will also assist colleagues with room bookings where needed and handle any incoming post and courier services.
You will be responsible for creating and managing building access cards and all other access control duties.
To be considered for this role, you must have worked in a front of house position or similar customer-facing role. You must have experience providing excellent customer service with a good understanding of the Microsoft Office package. You will have the ability to manage multiple priorities and remain calm under pressure with strong written and verbal communication skills.
