Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and professional General Receptionist for a long-term temporary role, working Saturdays from 07:45 to 16:00. This front-of-house position is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a friendly and welcoming manner, and the ability to handle a variety of administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Greet visitors and staff in a professional and courteous manner
  2. Answer incoming phone calls, direct them appropriately, and take accurate messages

  4. Manage sign-in/sign-out procedures for guests and staff
