Job Description

Portico is looking for a part time Receptionist (Welcome Host) for a multi-occupied building in Reading. The Welcome Host works alongside another team member and other service providers to create a positive visitor experience. They will provide a friendly welcome, customer-focused assistance onsite and a fond farewell to create lasting memories for visitors and occupiers. They will have a strong knowledge of the building’s operations and will work closely with the client to innovate regularly.

Hours: 25 hours per week, shifts from 10am-3pm, Mon-Fri.
Salary: £16,204 per annum.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail and the natural initiative to take tasks on automatically. They must be a people person with good levels of flexibility and adaptability to manage differing client needs. They should be passionate, an excellent multitasker, and the go-to person in the building, focusing on building strong and lasting relationships with tenants.
SIA License is highly desirable.
Customer Service Experience Is Required For The Role.
