A leading company in civil engineering is seeking an experienced Receptionist for their busy project site in Norwich. The role requires strong administrative and organizational skills, with a focus on supporting health and safety processes, managing site logistics, and providing excellent visitor service. This position offers a contract of 12 months and requires presence on site throughout the week.
Receptionist
Location: On-site – Norwich – NR13
Reports To: Site Manager / Office Manager
Type: Contract- 12mths
Hours - Due to the nature of the work you will be required to be on site Monday and Wednesday 7.30am , other days can be more flexible on the start times/ finish times , 30hrs a week.
You will be required to be on site 5days a week.
Ideally you will have a UK Driving Licence to get on to site location.
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Receptionist to join our client on a major civil engineering project. This is a front-facing role, vital to the smooth running of a busy Tier 1 civil construction site. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a construction or manufacturing environment and will be confident managing site documentation, coordinating logistics, and supporting key health and safety processes.
