Job summary

Leonardo Hotels in Manchester is seeking a part-time Receptionist to be the friendly face guests meet on arrival. You will manage check-in and check-out with a focus on delivering the 5-star level of service and local recommendations to enhance a guest’s stay.

The role requires warm personality, excellent communication, and solid organisational skills. You’ll work as part of a vibrant team, with ongoing training and opportunities for progression within the Leonardo Hotels network.

Qualifications

• Front desk/hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong communication and guest relations skills.
• Ability to manage check-in/out efficiently and calmly.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage check-in/check-out processes.
• Answer questions and provide local recommendations for a great stay.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other hotel teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area throughout shifts.
