Location: Our Client’s Business School, M3 5FS

Our client is looking for enthusiastic and proactive Receptionists to join their Facilities team. You’ll be a key part of their community, providing a warm welcome to students, colleagues, and visitors while ensuring their campuses run smoothly.

The Role

As a Receptionist, you will be the first impression of our client’s Business School – Welcoming to every visitor, student, and colleague.

Shift Patterns

Teaching weeks:

  • Early Shift: Monday – Friday from 07:15 – 15:30
  • Late Shift: Monday – Friday from 10:45 – 19:00

Break Weeks:

  • Early Shift: Monday – Friday from 07:45 – 16:00
  • Late Shift: Monday – Friday from 10:15 – 18:30

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the welcoming face of our client, providing a professional and friendly front-of-house service.
  • Handle incoming calls and inquiries, ensuring they are directed to the right people or departments efficiently.
  • Provide essential administrative support, including managing emails, scheduling meetings, and assisting with general office tasks.
  • Support students by answering queries related to courses, facilities, and student services, ensuring they receive the guidance they need or are directed to the appropriate teams.
  • Work closely with colleagues across our client to support campus operations and maintain an engaging and inclusive environment.
