About The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • First point of contact – Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a welcoming environment.
  • Telephone and email management – Handle incoming calls efficiently with an excellent telephone manner.
  • Meeting room coordination – Schedule and prepare meeting rooms, including catering arrangements.
  • Event planning support – Assist with organising corporate events, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Health & safety compliance – Support the team in maintaining health and safety procedures for the office and building.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a reception or front-of-house role beneficial, not essential.
