A day in the life of…

As a Receptionist, you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. You will communicate relevant guest feedback to the Front Office Manager and collaborate with other departments. Your role includes maximizing room occupancy, upselling hotel services and facilities, and ensuring compliance with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety laws.

Based at the Mercure Manchester Piccadilly Hotel, you will join a passionate team that values quality service without requiring around-the-clock work.
