Job Description
- Reception duties: visitor booking into the 8BG portal, meeting room management, answering phones and greeting guests, ensure rooms are cleared after meetings and manage comfort levels of the rooms
- Coordinate with Roadshow team on in-house events: Access Days, group lunches
- Receiving deliveries - (water, soft drinks, cereal) from loading bay
- Distributing and collecting mail, franking post, booking couriers/DHL, loading bay booking for deliveries and raising permits
- General administration/facilities assistance
- Support with ordering of supplies and consumables for the office
- Other ad hoc duties as required.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 2 years in a reception/office role, within financial services would be a bonus
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Practical approach to problem solving
- Sound technical skills
- Good Interpersonal / communication skills
- Cost awareness
- Good team player
- Required to comply with company procedures and policies
