About the role

As our Receptionist, you will meet, greet, and sign in all visitors at the office. You will be responsible for ensuring that the reception area is always neat and tidy and will ensure that each visitor is comfortable and has a refreshment while in the reception area. You will interact with our people on a daily basis, so you'll be friendly, caring, and kind.

Here’s Some Other Important Things You Need To Know
  • Answer the front door intercom promptly and ensure each visitor is welcomed.
  • Be the first point of contact for incoming enquiries into the office. Answering the phone and emails promptly and politely.
  • Keep the reception area, office, and kitchen neat, tidy, and welcoming; ensure fridges are well stocked.
  • Tidy all rooms, load and empty the dishwasher, keep kitchen and boardrooms stocked, ensuring the office is clean and safe at all times.
  • Support the office team in packaging and posting mailouts, materials such as leaflets, invoices, etc.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, laminating, ordering, and booking reservations (restaurants, cabs, hotels).
  • Provide weekly reports as requested.
  • Order office stationery and refreshments as needed.
  • Take responsibility for solving problems and queries brought by visitors or internal and external bodies.
  • Foster an atmosphere of cooperation and positivity within the office, dealing with colleagues, visitors, and suppliers courteously and respectfully.
