Position: Receptionist

We are currently seeking a poised and customer-focused Receptionist to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact, you will set the tone for our guests' experience. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
  2. Manage reservations, ensuring accurate and efficient table assignments.
  3. Experience with Open Table and/or Seven Rooms.
  4. Coordinate with the service team to ensure a seamless dining experience.
  5. Answer phone calls and inquiries, providing information and assistance.
  6. Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and organized.
  7. Uphold the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a receptionist, host, or Maitre D’ in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • Experience with Open Table or Seven Rooms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive and friendly demeanor.
