One of the UK’s most inspiring and best-known faith-based organisations is looking for Receptionists to join our passionate team based at William Booth College in Denmark Hill, which is directly opposite Denmark Hill Station with good transport links.

William Booth College is at the forefront of delivering education and training programmes for The Salvation Army's Employees, Officers, Envoys, and Cadets from the UK and beyond. It also serves as a venue for internal and external meetings and events. The college has over accommodation units (residential and overnight) and 13 well-equipped meeting spaces, with the largest accommodating up to guests.

What are we looking for?

We are currently seeking enthusiastic full-time receptionists with previous customer service experience. The role involves shift patterns (between 7:00am to 9:00pm) including weekends on a rolling rota.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing excellent customer service in line with Salvation Army values
  • Using booking and access control systems to check in and check out guests
  • Monitoring site security and handling internal and external queries courteously and professionally
