About the Role – What You’ll Do

As a Receptionist at Amazonico, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience. With a warm welcome and an eye for detail, you’ll manage reservations, guest arrivals, and front desk duties with professionalism and charm.

You will:

• Greet and seat guests in a warm, engaging, and professional manner
• Manage reservations using our booking system with accuracy and efficiency
• Handle guest enquiries and special requests with care and attention
• Liaise closely with the front-of-house and management teams to ensure smooth service
• Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area
• Provide excellent communication both in person and over the phone/email
• Assist with daily administrative tasks and support the Reception Manager as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Receptionist or Host/Hostess in a premium or luxury hospitality venue
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A guest-focused approach with confidence, warmth, and attention to detail
• Professional appearance and a welcoming, positive attitude
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage busy service periods
• Organised, reliable, and a great team player
