Job description

Our client is a long-established maritime company based in the City. They are seeking a professional receptionist to join their small team. You will be conscientious and have excellent communication skills where you will manage their front of house desk, office management, and daily administration along with greeting visitors and arranging meetings.

They require someone who will value the company and wish to stay with them for many years. Many of the team members have been there a number of years which shows how well looked after you are within it.

Role will include:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Answering the phone and gatekeeping
  • Organising meeting rooms and in-house hospitality
  • Mail and deliveries
  • Ad hoc administrative support to the wider teams

Seeking an individual with a friendly and approachable personality and with a professional telephone manner. Proficient in using Microsoft Office and you must have a proactive approach.
