Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanour.
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and
    courteously.
  • Coordinate with other departments to fulfil guest needs and enhance
    their experience.
  • Maintain an organised and tidy front desk area.
  • Assist with reservations and ensure accurate guest information is
    recorded.
  • Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local
    attractions.
  • Ensure compliance with all hotel policies and procedures.
