Join Our Clients Team as a Temporary Receptionist!



Are you a friendly face with excellent organisational skills? Our client is a leading organisation in the design and supply of ergonomic IT equipment, they are seeking a Receptionist to join their vibrant team in Southwark, London!



Contract Details:



  • Type: Temporary (6-month assignment including a 2-week handover)

  • Hourly Rate: £14

  • Hours: 9am - 5:30pm, Office-based

  • Location: Just a 5-minute walk from Borough train station!



Core Responsibilities:



  • Managing Front of House: Ensure the reception desk runs smoothly and efficiently

  • Greeting and Welcoming Visitors: Make a great first impression by warmly welcoming guests!

  • Phone Management: Answer, screen, and direct calls with a professional touch

  • Administrative Support: Assist with filing, data entry, and record maintenance



Facilities-Specific Duties:



  • Reporting and Record Keeping: Provide accurate reports on work orders and maintain databases

  • Client Liaison: Communicate with clients regarding building maintenance requests

  • Building Checks: Conduct checks for leaks and fire alarms to ensure safety

  • Mail and Deliveries Management: Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries

  • Office Supplies: Keep track of and order office supplies as needed ️
