Phoenix Hospital Group are looking for a Receptionist to join our front of house team within our Harley Street Clinics.
Reporting to the Patient Services Manager, the successful Receptionist will be responsible for coordinating the patient's journey during their time at the clinic, with exceptional attention to detail to ensure a seamless delivery of clinical services. Excellent customer service skills face to face and over the telephone are an essential part of this role.
Other responsibilities include:
Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday, occasional Saturday shifts as required.
Shifts: Rotational shift pattern between 06:30-20:00.
