Overview

Receptionist, Malmaison – Malmaison Brighton. Permanent role with a rate of pay for 40 hours.

We are looking for a friendly, passionate and energetic receptionist to join the team at Malmaison.

Responsibilities

• You will be the face of our hotel and the first and last person our guests see, setting the tone for their visit and ensuring everything has gone above and beyond before they leave.
• Provide exceptional hospitality and service, handling queries of all shapes and sizes with a professional and welcoming manner.
• Maintain high standards and contribute to a memorable guest experience, delivering “celebrity” level service as part of a distinct Malmaison experience.
