A leading company in retirement living seeks a Receptionist to provide exceptional service to residents and their families. The role emphasizes customer focus, effective communication, and teamwork. You will also help organize hospitality events, contributing to a vibrant community atmosphere.
We develop and run villages with the wow factor that enhance the lives of our owners, their families, and their friends. Through our two brands, Mayfield Villages and Audley Villages, we offer stylish apartments and houses complete with top facilities, including bistros, bars, health clubs, and swimming pools. We also provide exceptional service throughout. Additionally, our dedicated care teams support owners and the local community to help them remain independent. It's retirement, but not as the UK has known it.
As our Receptionist, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of service is provided to all Audley customers. This role is highly customer-focused and involves regular, diverse communication with colleagues and owners.
The focus is on delivering warm and friendly service and setting a great example for our empathetic and efficient team. You will also have the opportunity to be involved in creating and running regular hospitality events at the village.
