Job summary

Lochardil House, part of Highland Coast Hotels, invites a friendly Receptionist to join our Inverness team on a full-time basis. You will greet guests, manage check-ins and bookings, and ensure a smooth stay with outstanding service.

The Position

We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team on a full-time basis. The role involves welcoming guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, and providing exceptional customer service. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. The position requires flexibility to work some evenings and weekends, ensuring we provide outstanding service at all times.

• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry

• Proficiency with hotel management software and Microsoft Office
• The ability to multitask and handle busy periods with ease
• A professional appearance and demeanor
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
