Role Description

Role Description - Receptionist - Hull Dental, HU7 4EE. Hours: 24.50 hours per week. Responsibilities
  • Providing an exceptional patient journey both in person and over the phone.
  • Managing the diaries and ensuring time is filled correctly.
  • Working with the team to understand the full range of NHS and Private treatment options available within the practice.
  • Completing relevant forms for NHS and private schemes within a specified timescale.
  • Taking payments and chasing outstanding patient debt.
  • Liaising with dental laboratories, supply companies and other organisations.

  • Ability to easily build rapport and maintain a high level of customer service.
  • Passion to build knowledge of treatment options within the dental sector—becoming an expert on what the practice has to offer.
